Jordan was born on a cool November day. I was only in labor for 6 hours, I pushed for 5 minutes. The delivery was a piece of cake. He was 8 lbs. 5 oz and was 21 inches long. He too was a big boy! He had the chubbiest cheeks and was so beautiful. And then again, as soon as I laid eyes on my little miracle, a rush of immense love and delight flowed through my body. He was so perfect I wanted to shout it to the world! God blessed us a second time with a gorgeous little boy. James was ecstatic. He cried like a baby as soon as he saw our little boy.
Jordan was a perfectly content little baby. He hardly cried, only when hungry for the "chi chi". I remember that he was always so content with eating snacks in his stroller, watching everything and everyone. He was so well behaved.
When Jordan learned to say words, he would say the funniest things. He had and still has a little lisp. Like instead of "flip flops" he would say "slip slops". He has a wild imagination and will talk your ear off if you let him. He tells everyone the story of when he "almost died" (he choked on a chicken bone and we had to call 911, it is the longest 2 minutes of my life!). He reminds me of Daffy Duck when he talks. LOL We call him "static". He loves his "big dome" (his head). Haha! We tell him that he has the biggest brain here because of the size of his head. He walks off proudly everytime we talk about that.
I'm beginning to think that he does have the biggest brain here because he is so successful in school. He learns so quickly. I taught him to read in about 15 minutes! He does so well in school and loves going! Jordan is super stoked about Kindergarten this year and so am I. He is going to shine. :) I'm so proud of my little boy.
